We purchased this property at the end of 2024 and renovated it during 2025. The work undertaken was a full back-to-brick renovation. Three ceilings were replaced, the flat was fully rewired and re-plastered throughout, all flooring was replaced, all light fixtures were renewed, and the kitchen was replaced in its entirety.
The intention was to create a clean, calm and functional home, using considered finishes that would stand up well to daily living.
This project reflects our approach to both property investment and interior work: careful attention to the basics, respect for the building, and an emphasis on doing things properly.
